Service Description

If you are looking to work out a specific issue or need moves geared towards your unique self, this session is for you. Before I record your bespoke class, we will discuss what your limitations are, what areas you'd like to strengthen and mobilize and from there I will compose a class session catered to your needs. This is a pre-recorded - NOT LIVE class - I will record a 45 minute 'long flow' movement routine and a 15 minute Express routine for when you don't have the time. You will have the recording for life! At check out - my scheduling system will have you pick a date/time of the 'appointment'. YOU don't have to be available at that time, just choose any time/date available on my schedule. This is NOT a 1:1 Assessment - we won't go over your gait/posture/assess movement a breathing patterns. If you are looking for that, please book a 1:1 Restore Your Core alignment assessment.
