Service Description

f you are looking to work out a specific issue or need moves geared towards your unique self, this session is for you. Before our 1:1 time together, we will discuss what your limitations are, what areas you'd like to strengthen and mobilize and from there I will compose a one hour class session catered to your needs. You'll then receive a 15 minute video of an 'Express Class' with some of the moves we did in person so you can keep moving towards your goals. This is NOT a 1:1 Assessment - we won't go over your gait/posture/assess movement a breathing patterns. If you are looking for that, please book a 1:1 Restore Your Core alignment assessment.
