Service Description

This session is a combination of somatic pelvic mapping, nervous system friendly movement & bodywork focused on the abdomen, pelvis, hip flexors, glutes and low back. Whether recovering from pregnancy, vaginal birth/c-section, abdominal surgery, prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, digestive issues or low back pain - this session is designed to help you rebalance and more fully embody your pelvic bowl. You'll also be given tips for at home self care.
