This mini retreat is the third tier - a multiple hour long immersion of combined therapies to fully unwind and address your unique disposition and needs. The Flower mini retreat includes: -Herbal tea, cozy environment and time to chat -An intuitive/tarot reading to address underlying energetic/mental/emotional imbalances -PEMF mat session with guided journey, brain wave entrainment OR healing frequency music. -A 2 Hour integrative bodywork session - includes massage with possible cupping, cranialsacral, sound healing and Reiki -A 20-30 minute post session integration time. (where you get the room to yourself to nap, rest, journal, yoga, stretch, look at oracle cards or optional chat with me about your experience and tips for where you are at!)
