This mini retreat - tier 2 - is a multiple hour immersion of combined therapies to help you fully unwind and address your unique disposition and needs - mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. The Sprout Mini Retreat Includes: -herbal tea, cozy environment and time to chat pre-session -An intuitive/tarot reading. -PEMF mat session with guided meditation, brain wave entrainment OR healing frequency music. -90 Minutes Bodywork, Energy work (or hybrid) of choice - cupping therapy optional at no additional charge! -20-30 Minute integration time (where you get the room to yourself to nap, rest, journal, yoga, stretch, look at oracle cards or optional chat with me about your experience and tips for where you are at!) approx time: 3.5 hours
