Online booking with me will always be available for cranialsacral, prenatal/postnatal, pelvic care, movement sessions and 1:1 RYC pelvic floor/core assessments. My work is a blend of myofascial release, deep tissue, relaxation and cranialsacral. I combine slow, broad movements and focus work.
